Request an Introductory Conversation

An opportunity to understand the practice, ask initial questions, and consider next steps

What the conversation is for

The introductory conversation is a brief, nonclinical discussion with a member of the Wavepoint team.

It provides an opportunity to:

  • learn how Wavepoint Health approaches preventive and longevity-focused care;
  • understand the membership model and current levels of involvement;
  • ask initial questions about scope, cost, and expectations;
  • describe what prompted your interest;
  • and determine whether further discussion would be useful.

Annual membership begins at $8,800. Higher levels are available for individuals seeking broader evaluation, more frequent follow-up, or greater physician involvement.

What the conversation is not

The introductory conversation is not:

  • a medical consultation;
  • an opportunity to obtain a diagnosis or treatment recommendation;
  • an urgent or emergency-care pathway;
  • or a substitute for care from your current physicians.

Please do not use this process for urgent medical concerns.

Who may conduct the conversation

Wavepoint Health is physician-directed and team-supported. Introductory conversations may be conducted by an appropriately trained member of the Wavepoint team rather than by Dr. Price personally.

Information from the conversation can be reviewed with the clinical team when appropriate.

What happens next

After receiving an inquiry, a member of the Wavepoint team will review the information provided.

When the practice appears potentially appropriate, the team will contact the prospective member to arrange a brief telephone or video conversation. If both parties agree that further evaluation makes sense, the next steps and available membership options will be explained.

An introductory conversation does not create a physician-patient relationship or obligate either party to proceed.

Information to provide

The inquiry process should request only the information needed for an initial response:

  • name;
  • telephone number;
  • email address;
  • city and state;
  • preferred method of contact;
  • what prompted the inquiry;
  • and the principal health or longevity questions the person hopes to explore.
