Why Wavepoint is membership-based
Serious preventive and longevity-focused care requires more than an isolated consultation or a collection of tests. It requires time to understand the individual, interpret findings in context, coordinate care, follow progress, and revise recommendations as health changes.
The membership structure creates room for that work.
What membership supports
Every Wavepoint membership is physician-directed and team-supported. Depending on the individual’s needs and level of membership, care may include:
Testing is selected for clinical usefulness rather than offered as a fixed inventory. The value lies in deciding what is appropriate, understanding what the findings mean, and applying them thoughtfully.
Different levels of involvement
Wavepoint offers more than one level of membership because people differ in clinical complexity, goals, desired intensity of evaluation, and need for ongoing physician involvement.
All membership levels follow the same clinical philosophy. Higher levels provide broader evaluation, more frequent review, greater coordination, and more extensive physician involvement.
The appropriate level is discussed during the introductory process and recommended only after the member’s circumstances and priorities are understood.
Cost
Annual membership begins at $8,800.
Higher levels of membership are available for individuals who require or prefer broader assessment, more frequent follow-up, or greater physician involvement.
The specific scope of included services varies by membership level and individual clinical needs. Some laboratory studies, imaging, consultations, medications, and services provided by outside organizations may involve additional charges.
Costs and expectations are reviewed before enrollment so that the structure of care is clear.
Insurance and outside services
Wavepoint membership fees are paid directly and are not billed to insurance.
When medically appropriate, services provided outside Wavepoint—such as laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, hospital care, or specialist consultations—may still be eligible for insurance coverage, subject to the member’s plan and the policies of the outside provider.
Wavepoint cannot guarantee insurance coverage, but the team will help members understand the purpose and anticipated cost of recommended evaluation whenever possible.
What membership does not replace
Wavepoint Health does not replace:
Members should maintain a primary care clinician and use appropriate emergency services when needed. Wavepoint works alongside existing care and may assist with communication and coordination when appropriate.
Who membership is designed for
Wavepoint may be a good fit for people who:
Membership is not a guarantee of disease prevention, age reversal, or a particular outcome. It is a structure for applying medical attention, objective information, and disciplined follow-up as thoughtfully as possible.
The first step
An introductory conversation provides an opportunity to ask questions, discuss the membership model, and determine whether Wavepoint is appropriate for the prospective member’s goals and circumstances.
